Designed by the award-winning firm of Torti Gallas and Partners, Kenyon Square features a graceful sequence of glass and brick neoclassical facades. With Italianate-style balconies, sweeping expanses of glass, an illuminated southern turret, and a northern rooftop belvedere, the building is a fitting tribute to the historic architecture of Columbia Heights.
The interiors, designed by Hickok Cole Architects, offer a selection of plans and amenities for a variety of lifestyles and tastes. Home designs range from elegant, traditionally inspired flats to dramatic open loft plans, while the lobby and great room provide added style and modernity.
